It was late 2007 when my Father and I started to discuss the possibility of selling top quality, lifetime warranty items , at a discounted price level. There were so many gimmicks (i.e. standing on your windows) I don't know who's idea that was but, while admittedly catchy, who is really gonna do that in real life. We allow our customers to decide. Others will show up with the "Cadillac of windows" and start taking things way until you agree on a price you can live with.
