Element Building Solutions started in 2013 as a General Contractor providing a variety of services with the majority of work performed by Joe Mornard and the help of some subcontractors. His skills as a carpenter and passion for building with quality provided him plenty of work through personal references. The company slowly grew to include several employed carpenters and laborers.
We now have long-term employees that make up a skilled team. Our specialization in decks, stairs and pergolas has provided us with a regular stream of residential clients seeking custom carpentry for their backyards as well as large commercial apartment projects. Every project is approached with the same intent on quality and efficiency and all are performed with hands on carpentry and supervision by Joe himself.
