Our business was started after the founder (Eli Wilkinson) experienced water damage at his home. He called his insurance company and they sent out a national franchise company to help Eli with his home. The service was very disappointing and the company did a very poor job communicating with Eli and his family. Realizing that other customers must be experiencing the same level of service Eli decided he wanted to help others avoid the awful experience he went through and Independent Restoration Services was born.
