Jeff started ProCare because he saw a space for a company like this within an admittedly bloated industry. As a believer in exceptions, he knew he could run a different kind of company, focused on its customers, and make a positive impact. To run a company focused on customers, the company has to consist of quality people, and Jeff makes a tireless effort to invest in human capital. He has zero tolerance for the norm, which means every member of the ProCare team meets or exceeds his extremely tough standards.
This business requires empathy. Jeff knows he's often meeting customers during the worst situations of their lives, and neither he nor his team forget this. He makes a point to personally be on site for as many jobs as possible while also building and developing the talented ProCare team.
