I started installing steel roofs on multiple storage buildings in 1988 and continued with construction, specifically roofing and siding, leading up to starting my own roofing and siding business in 1999. In 22 years of being a roofing contractor, I have installed over 1,400 quality roofs.

Prior to issuing a Roofing permit, the City of New Franken is required by the State of Wisconsin to verify that a contractor possesses or employs at least one individual who holds both a dwelling contractor qualifier certification ( from the Department of Safety and Professional Services) and the State of Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Certification.
If the property in question is within 1000 feet of a lake or within 300 feet of a river or stream, a Shoreland Permit must be obtained first from Brown County.
