Norman Roofing is a certified commercial and industrial roofing contractor with a long list of satisfied clients. Our roots date back to the late 1950's when our founder, Charles Norman Sr., started a residential contracting business. Norman Roofing was established in 1977 and has been meeting the needs of commercial and industrial clients in Mississippi and Alabama since then.
In 1987, John Lindsey and Rick Williams Construction and Roofing formed a partnership. J Lindsey's Roofing Projects included both residential and commercial roofing serving north Mississippi. In May of 2013, RWC's family sold out and Lindsey Roofing LLC purchased the roofing business. Now it's a family owned business that includes Lindsey's son taking over all the sheet metal fabrication and metal / copper roofing and gutter work. Lindsey Roofing continues to serve its customers with its same experienced roofing personnel and customer values at the same location at 71 Airline Road, Columbus Mississippi.
A contractor only needs a license issued by the Mississippi State Board of Contractors if they perform residential projects over $50,000, residential remodeling over $10,000, or residential roofing over $10,000. A homeowner can visit Mississippi licensing board website to verify if the contractor's license is an active.
