This is a family owned and 2nd-generation operated business that began in 1981. The owner, Jeff Prouty, is still a key part of our everyday business. He started GR&R while working out of his old blue pick up truck with a few tools and some learned skills. Since then, he has grown his dream into a team of 20 craftsmen with a fleet of trucks and a professional storefront to be proud of. He works alongside his daughter and General Manager, Amber Prouty, every day to stay connected to the community while continuing to educate the team on customer service, new building codes, and the latest advances in our industry.
