Timberland Exteriors is a family owned business. The owner has over 20 years in the construction industry. Each job is closely supervised and we work with our customers to provide complete satisfaction from start to finish.
We started out in 1997 providing exterior services for a lot of new construction. Since then, have expanded our services to provide remodeling of existing dwellings. We have added seamless steel siding, seamless gutters, and Leafaway gutter systems to our list of services we provide.
The State of Wisconsin delegates a building permit issuance to Menomonie Building Inspection Office.
In Menomonie, Wisconsin, any remodeling, home improvement or Siding project must be completed in accordance with the Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) which is the statewide building code for one- and two-family dwellings.

Prior to issuing a Siding permit, the City of Menomonie is required by the State of Wisconsin to verify that a contractor possesses or employs at least one individual who holds both a dwelling contractor qualifier certification ( from the Department of Safety and Professional Services) and the State of Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Certification.
