We have always had a love for maintaining our yard. Our yard was never big enough for more than a push mower, until we moved.. Our neighbor gave us a "need some work" riding mower. After cleaning it up and running smooth, we started mowing our yard. Immediately, a passerby stopped and asked what we would charge to do their yard. This was new to us and we were completely in the dark. We did a little research and before we knew it, we were mowing 4 yards. We held on to those 4 yards for a couple years, then their relatives started asking us to mow theirs. By 2013, we were seasonally mowing 8 yards with a couple of "on vacation" yards. From 2013 to 2018, we varied between 8 and 12 properties.
2019 was the big turning point for us. We started to upgrade and expand our equipment. We wanted to give our 8-12 customers, the best quality job that we were able to give. That is when things really happened. Before we knew what had hit us, we were maintaining 32 properties!
