Neil started Baumann Lawn care to help out some friends with their property, they loved the work he performed and told some of their friends about him. Before he knew it he couldn't keep up with the work load, so Joe started helping. In 2018 they changed their name to Two and a Half Men Lawn Care created by joes son Joey who would work for the business in the summer. Both owners were working full time jobs until 2019 when they both became full time with Two and a Half Men Lawn Care. They now work harder then ever to keep expanding the business without loosing that family type atmosphere.
