Established in 1999, The Louisiana Tree Company was established to offer excellent tree services in the Greater New Orleans region, North Shore, South Shore, Baton Rouge and Slidell areas. Since its inception in 1999, we have produced many happy landscapes and very satisfied customers. Being a locally owned and operated business makes it easy for us to understand the needs of our customers. The owner of the company, Robert Meyer, has over 16 years of tree service experience. Through arbor training, hard work and years of hands-on experience, he was able to establish his own business.

A Louisiana state contractor’s license/registration is required if contractor performs work with total project value over the minimum threshold to hold a commercial license, residential license, mold remediation license, or an home improvement registration in the state of Louisiana.
By Louisiana law contractors need to get a home improvement registration to perfrom any home improvement projects over $7,500 but not in excess of $75,000 including labor and materials. Contractor's registration is valid for one year once it is issued. A home improvement registration does NOT cover swimming pools.
Any Mold Remediation projects with a value over $1.00 including labor and materials are performed by a contractor licensed with Louisina State Licensing Board only.
