I've been in the landscape industry for 17+ yrs. Working with a few companies before venturing off on my own. With two small kids and the economy in the dumps, I took the leap into the business world. With minimal equipment and the family van; C&A Landscapes was created. I enrolled at Mesa Community College taking Horticulture classes to improve my skills and knowledge. I printed business cards, and put an ad on craigslist and waited for the calls to pour in. It took two weeks before I landed my first job. Things picked up, and I purchased my first truck and trailer, and hired my first team member. We've grown from then to now and have been able to endure the challenges of running a business. It's been one of the most challenging things I've done, but most rewarding. Through this journey I've had the privilege of meeting and working for many good people and look forward to meeting you.
