I started the business back in 99 after many years of working for other companies.I was a project manager in charge of all field operations for a fairly large construction company here on the outer banks until i grew weary of the lies and broken promises and i decided to start my own company where employees and customers could be treated with respect and fairness and here we are today almost 20 years later.
