In 2004 we added detatching and core aeration and over the years added edging, over seeding and in 2013 added fertilizer and weed control. In 2014 we purchased All Seasons Car Wash and started offering automobile detailing. We are one of the larges lawn care companies in the Wahpeton, ND and Breckenridge MN area. 37 years ago, Walt had a pickup, ladder, trim saw and a rope. Today Walts Tree Service offers aerial bucket truck operations, ladder & climbing operations. Walts kids were employed as his helpers. Any contractor or service provider that has a license issued outside the jurisdiction of the state of North Dakota must have a Transient Merchant License issued by the Attorney General. Be sure to Search the list of licensed Transient Merchants.
If all the required licenses are an active, be sure to obtain a signed contract which specifies the project details being done.
You shouldn't make down payments more than 1/3 of the contract price.
You should not make full payment until after all the work and official inspection have been properly completed .
