We started this company after constantly hearing potential clients comment "People don't show up in this town" or "we paid the person and they didn't finish/start the job".
Coming from San Francisco we know how important being punctual is. If I say "I will be there at 4 p.m.", it means I will be there at 4. If for some reason I am going to be delayed, I call at least an hour before, to inform you how close I am to your home. We treat our customers exactly the same way that we expect to be treated. Your time is valuable.
