Aire Serv of the Gold Country was first established as Sam's Heating & Air Conditioning in 1992. Sam worked independently until word of mouth spread about his honesty and ability with HVAC systems. This brought more customers than Sam could handle alone. After struggling with being an employer, Sam found Aire Serv a franchisee organization with systems already in place. Liking the Aire Serv which serves to make customers and employees both happy, Sam bought his franchise in 2006 and has not looked back since. Aire Serv's Code of Values make the business what it is today, with the customer's best interest in mind.
